We ship MAINLY to:

• United States of America
• Canada
• Australia
• United Kingdom

For these countries, the shipping rate is flat – 29$.

If you are not from these counties, please, you are strongly advised to contact us individually, we will discuss your options, however by default for countries not in the list the shipping fee is 42$.

We do not ship to the following countries:

• Italy
• Brazil (contact us for wholesale)
• Spain

The reason is the custom clearance. The above-mentioned countries have very strict customs clearance policies that makes almost impossible to get our products to ship there.

The shipping service that we use to deliver products to our customers is provided by FedEx. Upon request, while checking out, the package could be delivered individually in the way you receive it directly to your hands with a signature to be signed upon receiving.

At “Charm River”, our primary goal is to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience for our customers. On every business day (excluding weekends), we dispatch deliveries to both our long-term partners and new customers, prioritizing satisfaction to foster lasting relationships.

The delivery process consists of two key stages:

• Order processing, involving payment verification, order checks, and the preparation of products for shipping. This stage typically takes between 24 hours (for warehouse-stored products) and up to 3 days (if the product is sourced from the manufacturer).
• International delivery, duration subject to the specific country. Collaborating with reputable courier service – FedEx, this stage typically spans 4-7 business days.

Before placing an order, it’s crucial to familiarize yourself with the customs regulations of your country. If your package faces suspension at the border, kindly contact your local customs office to settle any applicable taxes and retrieve your package.
